At wild.quiet., every piece is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
We do accept claims for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received (wrong product, color, or print)
To submit a claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Please note:
- Minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are considered normal for print-on-demand products and are not eligible for a claim.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
All sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
