30-day return window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. Cloud Slides may be tried on indoors. Cozy Socks must be unused and unworn.

Start a return

Email wildquiet.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item; returns sent without prior contact may be delayed. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will work with you to provide a resolution, including a refund or replacement where appropriate, without charging you return shipping for our error.

Refunds

For an approved return, we aim to issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
